Returns & Refunds Policy
At The Coffee Club, we want you to love every brew; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can only accept returns on unopened hardware and non-perishable items within 30 days of purchase. If your coffee arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and was purchased within the last 30 days.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and photos if the product is damaged.
- 3.Ship Item Back
Once approved, securely pack your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send them back to our roastery.
- 4.Receive Refund
After we inspect the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
